Meet Steve Barton, Owner & Jeweler

Steve Barton of Barton’s Jewelry Designs started out in the fine jewelry business as a hobby, cutting gemstones and cabochons. In 1995, he opened his own business and started working with clients to create the pieces they’d only dreamed of.

Steve follows the philosophy that the customer is always right and does his best to make sure they are satisfied.

Steve doesn't design for himself, he designs for each individual client - making sure to capture their personal thoughts and ideals for their custom design piece.

In addition to being an expert designer and jeweler, he has a nice inventory of jewelry available for sale.

Whether it's hand fabrication or lost wax casting, we will use the best method that suits the criteria to make your design a reality. He will help guide you in the initial design process in order to create a functional and wearable piece of jewelry that will last for years to come.

Steve’s jewelry design/repair shop is visible from the front of the store, making it easy to see what is normally tucked away in a back room. Don't be afraid to ask him questions about the process, he is more than willing to explain the process of jewelry design and repairs.
